These self seal pouches measure 98 × 66 mm externally and accommodate inserts up to 90 × 58 mm. This makes them suitable for standard CR80 staff ID cards measuring 86 × 54 mm.

They are ideal for protecting printed paper or card identification badges without needing to purchase a laminating machine.

Important – Leave a Border Around All Four Edges

Your paper or card must be smaller than the overall laminating pouch. The clear adhesive surfaces need to meet around the insert to form a complete seal on all four sides.

Position your card centrally, leaving an even clear border around the edges. Do not use an insert that fills the entire pouch, as this may prevent a proper seal.

How to Use ID Badge Self-Adhesive Laminating Pouches

1. Check that your printed card or insert measures no more than 90 × 58 mm.
2. Open the self-seal pouch and position the card inside.
3. Ensure a clear border remains around all four edges.
4. Carefully peel away the protective backing.
5. Press the adhesive film down smoothly, working out any trapped air.
6. Press firmly around the outer border to complete the seal.

No heat or laminating machine is required.
