Important – Check Your Badge Size Before Ordering

The outside pouch measures 117 × 86 mm, but your badge or printed insert must not exceed 109 × 78 mm.

This difference allows a clear adhesive border around all four sides so the pouch can seal correctly.

Position your insert centrally, leaving an even clear border around every edge. An oversized document may prevent the adhesive surfaces from meeting and forming a complete seal.

How to Use Large Badge Self-Adhesive Laminating Pouches

1. Measure your badge or printed insert before use.
2. Make sure it is no larger than 109 × 78 mm.
3. Open the pouch and position the insert centrally.
4. Leave a clear border around all four edges.
5. Carefully remove the protective backing.
6. Press the adhesive film down smoothly, working out trapped air.
7. Press firmly around the outer border to complete the seal.

No heat or laminating machine is required.
